Former Private School Teacher From Baltimore Gets Prison Time For Sexual Exploitation: Feds A former Baltimore high school educator who sexually abused a minor and filmed it is set to spend decades in federal prison, authorities announced on Tuesday, Oct. 1. William Zev Steen, 46, was sentenced to 23 years in prison, followed by a lifetime of release after pleading guilty to the sexual exploitation of a child. Steen has since been terminated from his position as a STEM teacher at the all-girls Orthodox Jewish day school Bnos Yisroel in Baltimore.
