Prosecutors Detail Events That Ended With Death Of Dad Defending Son During Maryland Dispute
A 27-year-old man will spend years in jail for his role in an altercation that resulted in the death of an Anne Arundel County father who was defending his son last year. Glen Burnie resident Trevor Garrett Taylor was sentenced on Friday to three years in jail for manslaughter following the grisly attack of Christopher Wright outside his Brooklyn Park home that resulted in his death. An investigation into the death of a 2-year-old over the summer led to charges for an Anne Arundel County mother after autopsy results were returned, police say. Tiffany Lynee Carr, 34, of Glen Burnie, was charged with child neglect and other offenses following a months-long investigation into her toddler's death in August. The dealer who provided the fentanyl-laced pill that led to the death of a 20-year-old man in Montgomery County is heading to prison, according to the state's attorney's office.
