A road-raging man who repeatedly pointed a gun at another driver during a dispute on I-695 in Anne Arundel County has been apprehended and is facing multiple charges, according to Maryland State Police. Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate. New details have been released after a 24-year-old motorcyclist was killed and another injured in an incident involving a wandering animal in Prince George's County over the weekend. Catonsville resident Justin Crosby has been identified by police as the rider was killed after crashing early on Sunday morning in Upper Marlboro. Seven people were arrested over the course of six hours as Maryland State Police broke up nearly a dozen "unlawful exhibition driving events" overnight, officials say.
