A Suitland man was found shot to death inside an apartment building on Friday evening, prompting a homicide investigation by Prince George’s County Police detectives. Brian Speaks, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of Parkway Terrace Drive at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 15, police said.
