Concerns are mounting for some as the search for a pair of teen sisters who have been missing out of Frederick County approaches its second week. An alert was issued by the Frederick Police Department as they seek the public's assistance in locating Jhade Paredes Sialer, 17, and Franchesca Paredes Sialer, 17, who were last seen at around 12;30 a.m. on Thursday, July 11 leaving the area of Ardmore Court.
