Motorcyclist Killed After Being Thrown From Harley In Maryland Identified By Sheriff
A 77-year-old man from Bowie who was thrown from his motorcycle has been identified by the Charles County Sheriff's Office. William Prater Carpenter was on a three-wheeled Harley-Davidson motorcycle that left the roadway on Wednesday afternoon when he was involved in a one-vehicle crash that claimed his life.
