Police investigators in Prince George's County have identified the 30-year-old man found shot to death in Oxon Hill, and are now offering a $25,000 reward. District Heights resident Daryl McCall was killed over the weekend following an incident that broke out late on Friday afternoon, police say. He was found at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 27 in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway. A well-armed employee who threatened to blow up the Maryland Vehicle Administration (MVA) building has been arrested and is facing multiple charges, according to the state fire marshal. Hagerstown resident Anthony Jacob Fritz, 38 - an employee of the MVA on Colonel Henry K. Douglas Drive - found himself in hot water with the police on Friday after allegedly making threats of mass violence.
