Possible DUI Driver Causes Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-95: State Police A New Jersey truck driver was caught in the middle of a multi-vehicle crash that shut down part of I-95 in Maryland for hours, according to Maryland State Police. The crash happened around 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, along southbound I-95, just south of I-195 in Arbutus, Baltimore County. Driver Killed After Jeep Crashes Into Parked Tractor-Trailer On I-495 In Maryland: State Police A driver was killed in a crash on I-495 early Friday morning after their vehicle collided with a parked tractor-trailer, Maryland State Police said. Troopers from the Forestville Barrack responded to the crash at approximately 3:45 a.m. on Dec. 6, near the Anacostia Freeway. Preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a Jeep Compass struck the rear trailer of a tractor-trailer parked on the left shoulder of the highway.
