Pellet Gun Assault Leads To Drug, Weapon Busts In Maryland, Police Say Five people were apprehended on Tuesday night following a series of unfortunate events that began with an assault involving a pellet gun and ended with a drug bust in an Anne Arundel County apartment, police say. Officers were called to the 100 block of Faywood Court in Glen Burnie shortly before 11 p.m. on Oct. 8 to investigate a reported assault that would ultimately lead to the arrests of five people for various offenses. Three men were taken into custody on Saturday afternoon when members of the Baltimore Police Department's executed a search and seizure warrant in the 700 block of East Preston Street. The bust happened at around 2 p.m. on June 8. Jayson Steven Jones, 46, of Baltimore, and Glen Burnie resident Kayla McCaslin, 25, are both facing charges following an investigation into a man wanted for drug and weapon offenses.
