Donte Green, 34, was captured in the early afternoon on Saturday, Oct. 12 by city police, FBI, and US Marshals aboard a Greyhound Bus on Russell Street in Baltimore as he was planning to flee, investigators say. Man Killed Brother Following Dispute In Maryland, Police Say A man who allegedly shot and killed his brother following a dispute in April has been apprehended out of state and brought back to Maryland, police say. Baltimore resident Michael Conley, 34, has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of Devon Thomas, 27, earlier this year. Shortly before 8 a.m. on April 11, officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called to the 3400 block of Spellman Road to investigate a shooting, where they found Thomas suffering from a gunshot wound.
