One person was hospitalized overnight, and a suspect is in custody following a shooting outside a Harford County business late on Monday afternoon. Aberdeen resident resident Justin Matthew Schlotterbeck, 41, has been identified as the alleged gunman who left Bel Air 27-year-old Bel Air native Eric Chi Fonong Igwacho with serious injuries in Abingdon. The afternoon commute may be rough for some travelers in Harford County as crews continue working around the clock to repair a water main break in Abingdon. On Monday morning, businesses and motorists were affected by the water main break, which proved tricky to plug, leaving some without water in the area of Tollgate Road and Constant Friendship Boulevard.
