Michael Anthony Kirk, Jr., 28, of Waldorf, was arrested by Charles County Sheriff’s officers assigned to Judicial Services, with help from the Neighborhood Enforcement Team and K9 Unit. Kirk was wanted in Virginia on burglary charges and also had an active felony warrant in Maryland for violating probation related to a theft over $25,000 case, investigators said.
