Three teens are facing attempted murder and multiple weapons violations following a shooting that was reported in Hagerstown overnight, according to police. Three 18-year-olds from Hagerstown found themselves running afoul of the law following the investigation into a reported shooting at CVS late in the afternoon on Monday, Sept. 16. A 17-year-old is being charged as an adult after a person was shot in the middle of the day in Hagerstown, police say. Micah Ricks is facing multiple counts of attempted murder in connection to the Hagerstown shooting of Deangelo Rouzer. A 28-year-old man threatened to blow up a Maryland hotel he was staying at that led to a temporary evacuation, according to the fire marshal.
