A second teenager will be charged as an adult following an ongoing investigation after two men were found murdered at a Silver Spring park over the summer, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced. A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection to an indecent exposure incident along the Sligo Creek Trail in Takoma Park last month. Maryland-National Park Police in Montgomery County announced this week that Hyattsville resident Jose Ivan Cordova-Blanco has been arrested for an incident reported on Saturday, Aug. 17. New reports of indecent exposure and conduct along the Sligo Creek Trail in Montgomery County are being probed by police, officials say. On Friday afternoon, the Takoma Park Police issued a new advisory as they continue their attempts to locate a man who has terrorized several women while sporting a Disney-themed bucket hat on multiple occasions. Some neighborhoods in Maryland and Virginia are subject to a Severe Thunderstorm Watch as intense weather begin making its way through the DMV region.
