Tipsters helped police in Washington County apprehend a man believed to be homeless who was wanted for sexual offenses involving minors, authorities announced. An alert was issued on Thursday regarding 26-year-old Luis Fernando Parada, of no fixed address, who was wanted for rape and assault involving two minor victims. Three teens are facing charges in connection to a stabbing at the Towson Town Center late last month, police announced on Tuesday. Two 17-year-old teen boys - one of whom was charged as an adult - and a 15-year-old girl have been identified and charged in connection to the assault on Wednesday, May 29.
