A 44-year-old man was arrested and charged for a double shooting near a Baltimore County elementary school that left one dead and one hospitalized, police say. Peter Clark has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the fatal shooting of Romy Bogier, 43, in the area of the White Oak School in Parkville. A deadly shooting at Jappatowne High School is under investigation after a teen died after being airlifted to an area hospital on Friday, the sheriff's office confirmed.
