Several suspects linked to a frat in Maryland are facing charges for an off-campus assault and hate crime near Salisbury University, authorities announced. A road rage incident resulted in a hate crime when a man began using racially-offensive language and assaulted a 24-year-old Black man in Anne Arundel County, police say.
