Twice-Convicted Sex Offender From Baltimore Gets Life For Exploiting 16 Children: Feds A twice-convicted sex offender in Maryland who sexually abused more than a dozen minors is set to spend the rest of his life in prison, federal authorities announced on Wednesday.
