Fire Displaces Dozens Of Patients From Perry Point VA Medical Center In Maryland Dozens of patients at the Perry Point VA Medical Center in Maryland were displaced overnight by a blaze that broke out in the building, according to the Fire Marshal. Multiple agencies were called at around 7 p.m. on Wednesday night to Building 23H when an accidental fire broke out on the roof. Investigators say that the building's generator was tested earlier in the day, and it was determined that the hot surface of the exhaust pipe ignited the roofing material adjacent to the pipe.  Engine 512 & Tower 5 are assisting Perry Point Fire Department with a fire at the …
