A DC man stabbed his mother to death inside their shared home before fleeing to Virginia, where he was caught hours later, according to federal authorities.
Ricardo Botts, 36, has been charged with the murder of his mother, 66-year-old Pamela Botts, during an early morning domestic disturbance, police said.

A Fredericksburg man tried to walk away from an argument in Woodbridge and wound up dead — now two teens have been arrested in connection to his murder.
Jordy Lopez Campos, 18, of Woodbridge, and Dumfries resident David Omar Benitez Martinez are both behind bars in connection with the death of David Kapay Kallo last week, the Prince William County Police Department announced on Saturday, Sept. 20.
