An $8,000 reward is being offered by Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland after a 20-year-old man became the latest victim of gun violence in Baltimore County. Jamel Nation has been identified by investigators as the person who was gunned down in Dundalk, not far from Colgate Elementary School.
