Sex Offender Wanted In Connection To Death Of Probation Agent In Maryland: Police The Montgomery County Department of Police is on the hunt for a man wanted in connection to the suspicious death of a Maryland parole and probation agent. Shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31, officers responded to a home in the 2800 block of Terrace Drive in Chevy Chase to conduct a welfare check on the agent, who did not report back to work after a resident check of 54-year-old Emanuel Edward Sewell, a registered sex offender, officials say. It happened  along the outer loop between Connecticut Avenue and Georgia Avenue around 6:30 a.m. All lanes were open as of press time however 6.5 miles of delays were being reported.
