One person was killed and a driver is still at large following an early-morning crash involving a pedestrian in Takoma Park on Monday, according to police. An investigation was launched after a pedestrian was fatally struck shortly after 1:15 a.m. on June 3 in the 1100 block of University Boulevard, investigators say.
