Special Victims Unit detectives have charged an adult man with allegedly raping a minor in Maryland, a spokesperson for the Baltimore County Police Department announced. Evan Martin, 34, is facing a host of charges following his arrest by the Special Victims Unit on Wednesday, Nov. 16 for alleged sexual offenses involving a minor, officials say.
