Murderer 'Acted First' After Hearing Rumors Before Apartment Shooting In Maryland: Prosecutors
A Maryland man has been sentenced to decades in prison for the murder of a young father at an Anne Arundel County apartment complex last spring, the state's attorney's office announced.
