Late on Saturday night, Upper Marlboro native Journee Moore was the subject of an emergency call in Northwest DC after going into cardiac arrest. Worker In Critical Condition After Roof Rescue In Prince George's County (Developing) A worker had to be rescued from the roof of a Prince George's County business on Friday afternoon after going into cardiac arrest, officials say.  First responders were called shortly before noon on July 12 to the 1100 block of Hampton Park Boulevard in Capitol Heights, where there were reports of a worker in distress near Caliber Collision.   A spokesperson for the Prince George's County Fire and EMS Department said that first responders completed a high-angle rescue to remove the worker on the roof before he could be rushed to an area hospital.
