Police Searching For Missing Harford County Runaway Who May Be In Baltimore Area
A teen runaway who may be in the Baltimore area remains at large days after she was reported missing. An alert was issued by the Harford County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday morning regarding Melody Fofana, 13, who was last seen on Friday, Oct. 11 in Joppatowne and may be in the Windsor Mill area. The alert comes one day after the region scrambled to locate 7-year-old Khalil Rodney Ringgold, who was reportedly abducted near his school and later located safely.
