Husband, Wife Bilk Elderly Maryland Woman Out Of $1M During 'Complex ID, Fraud Scheme:' Sheriff An elderly woman was robbed of more than $1 million after being targeted as part of "a complex identity theft and fraud scheme," according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
