Donte Green, 34, was captured in the early afternoon on Saturday, Oct. 12 by city police, FBI, and US Marshals aboard a Greyhound Bus on Russell Street in Baltimore as he was planning to flee, investigators say. Earlier this week, William Manchester III, 39, who has no fixed address, was thwarted by a teller at F&M Trust on West Washington Street after he attempted to rob the branch.
