A fugitive wanted for the murder of a Prince George’s County woman on St. Patrick's Day has been arrested during a late-night SWAT operation in North Carolina, authorities said. Raheem Hawkins-Boseman, 23, of Silver Spring, was taken into custody on Nov. 21 at an apartment on Kings Meadow Circle in Leland after deputies from the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant following a tip from the FBI regarding his location.
