On Sunday, Jan. 14, officers located Lance Carrington, 17, of Columbia, in the driver’s seat of a vehicle on Helen Dorsey Way at approximately 8:30 p.m. suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said. Maryland Woman Identified By Police As Victim In Fatal Head-On Howard County Crash
Howard County police have identified the victim of a deadly head-on collision in Clarksville as 34-year-old Coralia Roxana Yamileth Anaya Rivas of Jessup. The crash occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at approximately 2:53 p.m. on the 13100 block of Triadelphia Mill Road. Investigators say a 2016 Toyota Corolla traveling east crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. Motorcyclist Killed In Laurel Crash
A motorcyclist was killed in an overnight crash in Laurel, police said. The unidentified man was heading north on Washington Boulevard on a Suzuki GSX-S750 when it struck a truck turning left near Lynn Buff Court around 4:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, Howard County police said. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the truck were uninjured. The cause of the collision is under investigation. Washington Boulevard in the area of the collision was closed for approximately 3 ½ hours.
