Clinton's Ernest Joseph Dyson was working at New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road in Hillandale, when he was struck by a 2011 Volkswagen CC around 4:40 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of a black 2011 Volkswagen CC was reportedly uninjured. Dyson, a WSSC Water employee, was on the job at the time he was struck, according to police. No additional details were provided. Boil Water Advisory Issued For Parts Of Montgomery County Due To Water Main Break A Boil Water Advisory has been issued in the Montgomery County area after a water main break, officials say. WSSC Water issued the advisory after a break on a 12-inch pipe that runs along MacArthur Boulevard in the Cabin John/Glen Echo area, Thursday, Aug. 11.
