Dori Campbell, of Silver Spring, faces multiple charges after investigators say she struck and killed 39-year-old Ernest Joseph Dyson while he was working near New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road around 4:40 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8. DUI Driver Kills Wscc Worker In Montgomery County: Police A 39-year-old WSCC worker was killed after being struck by a DUI driver early Sunday, Sept. 8 in Montgomery County, police said. Clinton's Ernest Joseph Dyson was working at New Hampshire Avenue and Rodney Road in Hillandale, when he was struck by a 2011 Volkswagen CC around 4:40 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of a black 2011 Volkswagen CC was reportedly uninjured. Dyson, a WSSC Water employee, was on the job at the time he was struck, according to police. No additional details were provided.
