Honda Recalls 564K SUVs For Cold Weather Rust Risk Concern
Hundreds of thousands of Honda SUVs are being recalled due to concerns that road salt could cause the frame of the vehicle to rust and unintentionally detach parts of the rear suspension. Maryland AG Reaches Massive Settlement with Google Over Location Tracking Practices
Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh has announced that his Consumer Protection Division as well as 39 other attorneys general have reached a $391.5 million multi-state settlement with Google over its location tracking practices relating to Google Account settings. The Maryland Office of the Attorney General’s Securities Division is the latest to file a cease and desist order against a cryptocurrency account provider who allegedly violated state law. Nexo Group and its co-founder Antoni Trenchev violated the law “with the offer and sale of Nexo’s Earn Interest Product (EIP) accounts," Attorney General Brian Frosh and Attorneys General from seven other states said. A 15-year-old girl reported missing out of New York is possibly in Maryland, authorities said. Sky Stevens, who lives in the Albany area, was last seen Sunday, July 10, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Stevens is believed to be with an adult male and traveling in a blue 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a temporary Vermont license plate W114654, the organization said.
