Authorities have released details in a stabbing during a weekend carnival in Charles County. The 15-year-old boy was in a group of teens when they became involved in an argument with another group around 9:05 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the St. Charles Festival at St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, the sheriff's office said.
