$10K Reward Offered To Identify Note-Passing Maryland Bank Robber Detectives have released images of suspects believed to be involved in several armed bank robberies in Gaithersburg, authorities say. The first robbery occurred on Thursday, Sept. 8 around 5 p.m., at the TD Bank in the 800 block of West Diamond Avenue. During the robbery, the suspect passed an employee a note demanding money and stating that he had a gun and a pipe bomb. The employee then handed over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect who left the bank.
