101 Child Labor Violations At 13 PA McDonald's: US Dept. Of Labor One couple's company was forced to pay $57,332 in fines for violating child labor laws at 13 McDonald’s franchises in Pennsylvania, according to an announcement by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division on Dec. 5. Bridgeville-based Santonastasso Enterprises, owned by John and Kathleen Santonastasso, had 101 teenage employees "working outside permissible hours," as stated in the release.
