Michael Frank Brooks Killed By Driver In Chesapeake Beach
A 69-year-old man walking in all-dark clothes in the middle of a Calvert County roadway was killed after being struck by a driver, according to the sheriff's office. Owings resident Michael Frank Brooks has been identified by investigators as the man killed last week by a woman driving a Toyota Rav4 in Chesapeake Beach.
