Maryland Man Slashed Across Chest In Bizarre Weekend Attack
A man is recovering after being slashed across his upper torso while walking in Laurel over the weekend, authorities say. The victim was allegedly walking in the area of Charlotte Drive and Jill Lane around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 when two men approached him, according to Anne Arundel County police. One of the men quickly took out a knife and cut the victim across his chest before both suspects ran away. Officers were called to the scene and were able to find the suspects nearby. Jose Anan Alvarez-Garcia, 34, and Felipe De Jesus Aldana Garcia, 22, were arrested and charged accordingly…
