DUI Driver Indicted For 2023 Maryland Crash That Left Two 19-Year-Old Women Dead: Police
The allegedly intoxicated driver who killed two 19-year-old women in an early morning crash last year in Montgomery County has been indicted by a grand jury, authorities announced. Elkridge resident Jean Pierre Velasco, 20, is facing nearly a dozen charges following an incident in March 2023 that resulted in the deaths of Leslie Kristin Ventura and Kailey Briana Vigil, officials say.
