Jason Billingsley Arrested For Murder Of Pava LaPere In Maryland Following Manhunt
The two-day manhunt for a repeat offender who killed a 26-year-old tech CEO in Baltimore came to an end overnight as investigators arrested Jason Billingsley by US Marshals, authorities announced.
