Drugged Driver Sentenced For Vehicular Manslaughter In Fatal Harford County Crash
A Maryland man will spend years behind bars after driving with a host of drugs in his system, crashing, and killing his passenger in Harford County, the State’s Attorney’s Office announced. Essex resident Joshua Zimmerman, 32, was sentenced to seven years in prison, followed by five years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter and other charges in June.
