A 40-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly sexually abusing a minor in St. Mary's County, authorities announced. Members of the St. Mary's County Sherif's Office arrested Leonardtown resident Crosby Jay Dawson over the weekend, following an investigation into a reported rape involving a juvenile, according to officials.
