The woman tried walking out of the store on the 3900 block of Boston Street with a handbag and various designer glasses before a security guard stopped her around 2:20 p.m., Monday, July 4, according to Baltimore police on Monday, July 25. 'Street Car Racing Anarchists' Take Over As Baltimore FOP Criticize City Leaders An estimated 300 vehicles took over a Baltimore parking lot and street as "anarchists" taunted police during a street race, authorities say.  The chaos began around midnight on Saturday, July 16, in the 4200 block of Boston Street as the street racers blocked off all traffic to the roadway while harassing or assaulting any police officer who tried to intervene, according to Baltimore's Fraternal Order of Police.
