The investigation into a reported domestic assault with multiple children inside a Charles County home landed a man behind bars overnight, according to the sheriff's office. Hughesville resident Brandon Wayne Blitch, 38, was arrested on Monday night following the probe into reports of shots fired inside an area home. Two people were arrested overnight after shots were fired during a standoff in Baltimore County that resulted in a temporary shelter-in-place order for some residents that has since been lifted. Some residents have been advised to stay in their homes as the Prince George's County Police Department continues to attempt to peacefully negotiate a barricade situation in Langley Park. A road-raging Pennsylvania man is facing charges in Maryland after firing shots at another driver during an incident in Frederick County, state police say.
