School Bus Carrying Dozens Of High School Students Crashes In Maryland: Police A school bus loaded with Northwestern High School students crashed with a sedan in Prince George's County on Friday morning, police say. The crash was reported shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, according to the Hyattsville Police Department. The crash happened at the intersection of 42nd and Oliver Streets while the bus was still on Route #345, picking up students on the way to school.  Approximately 25 to 30 students were on board at the time, officials said.
