Jeiver Pozuelos Cervantes was found suffering from fatal gunshot wounds on the side of the road in what is believed to be a targeted attack in Riverdale, police say. At approximately 6:40 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, officers in the area of Veterans Parkway and Riverdale Road were alerted to Cervantes, who was unresponsive on the side of the road with critical injuries.
