Sheriff IDs 38-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed In Maryland Dump Truck Crash (Updated) New details have been released by the Charles County Sheriff's Office after a 38-year-old Waldorf man was killed in a crash involving a dump truck on Wednesday afternoon. Ricky Dontaye Wilson has been identified by investigators as the person who was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by the truck while crossing the street outside of a crosswalk.
