A cigarette-smoking woman is facing multiple drug charges after going on a tirade and being busted outside a Calvert County elementary school, according to the sheriff's office. Seven people were arrested over the course of six hours as Maryland State Police broke up nearly a dozen "unlawful exhibition driving events" overnight, officials say.
