'Possible Insider Threat' Involving BWI Airport Employee Averted At Checkpoint: TSA TSA officers at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) intercepted a loaded handgun over the holiday weekend that was in the possession of a retail shop employee who works there, officials say. The employee - who now faces serious consequences - was caught with a 9mm handgun that was loaded with eight bullets when it was found in his belongings as he was screened at the checkpoint on the way to work.
