Residents Evacuated As Crews Battle Five-Alarm Fire In Baltimore (Developing) Crews were kept busy overnight battling a reported five-alarm fire that impacted nearly a dozen homes in Baltimore, officials say. Some residents were evacuated early on Tuesday morning after a blaze broke out in the 3400 block of Keswick Road in Hampden that spread to multiple rowhomes in the area. It was initially called a three-alarm fire, but was upgraded to five alarms as the flames continued to spread.  The fire was declared under control before 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
